Enterprise wide printer management
Managing computer equipment raises serious issues relating to total cost of ownership (TCO) within an organisation. Costs can be significantly reduced by minimising downtime of equipment, better utilisation of devices, moving responsibility away from the user to specialist support staff, reduced support staff involvement and reduced training needs.

Multiple printers can be updated simultaneously reducing intervention. Auditing is far simpler as single visual interface providing information on product type, location, serial number, asset number and network ID.
TG Net Admin offers this functionality. Using industry standard MIBs (Management Information Base) it provides full management for TG Line and Laser printers (dependant on specific printer) and other manufacturer devices.
